I am a woman with no children of my own. Have you ever wonder why I am shaving my head bald for?

I have nothing else better to do and trying to get a free shave?

Do you know childhood cancer is a no.1 killer for children?

When you have breakout on your face, you may feel less attractive but at least you have a choice to make trips to beauty salon to help you with such issue.

But these children do not have the privilege like you do.

They not only have to endure the pain and discomfort of this illness, they lose their self esteem when their hair start dropping.

If this happen to someone close to you, would you not wish that others would go the extra miles for you too?

Do not always think "there will be someone else" to make a difference and do not have to be you.

There will never be "someone else" unless you understand that you are that someone else.

I am not asking you to give SG$1K just SG$2.00!

An amount that is barely enough for a loaf of bread.

I am a Satellite Shavee for HAIR FOR HOPE EVENT 2011 organized by Changi Simei Citizens' Consultative Committee (CCC) at Eastpoint Mall on 27th August 2011

My target is to raise SG$1,000.00 from now till 27th August 2011
I hope to create awareness for cancer patients. Hopefully more people can accept that being bald is a cool thing too and stop giving cold stares.
